When you submit a quote or contact us, Andovex Group B.V. processes the business contact details and commercial information you provide (company name, contact e-mail, pricing and delivery details) for the sole purpose of evaluating and comparing supplier offers and administering procurement.

What we store

The information entered in our supplier form or sent to us by e-mail, together with the technical metadata of the submission (date and IP address).

Lawful basis

Legitimate interest in sourcing and comparing suppliers, and taking steps at your request prior to a possible business relationship.

Retention & your rights

We keep submissions for as long as needed for procurement evaluation and applicable record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by e-mailing procurement@andovex.eu.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with the client for whom a unit is being procured, strictly for the purpose of the quotation.
